NDIS Cleaner
How we helped Linda
Linda was a cleaner new to the NDIS but had worked for various clients with specialised needs. Some of Linda’s clients became eligible for the NDIS but she wasn’t sure what she had to do so she could keep working for them. Trinity Plan Management gave Linda advice on dealing with the NDIS and a service agreement template so she was able to work with NDIS participants. We also spoke with her clients so they understood how much funding was available to them and how to schedule the cleaning services.
