How We Helped Jose

Jose was looking after his own NDIS plan. Jose had selected self-management because he wanted control. He thought his sister could help manage his services but he didn’t realise how much time his sister would need to spend paying his providers and managing his paperwork. He also wasn’t making the most of his funding.

Jose was overwhelmed. He needed someone to help him choose education courses and work out the payments for the services. He contacted us and we linked him with culturally suitable local care agencies in the area who were able to assist him with finding courses. We managed his plan so he didn’t have to worry about the paperwork and tracking his budget. Jose is now happily studying and has referred his friends to us.
